Terms and Conditions for open courses

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the current valid legislation of the Czech Republic. Everything not specifically regulated below is in full compliance with the relevant general legislation.

2. Open course order

2.1. The order is created by filling in and sending the online application on the course website or by email or other documentable form.

2.2. By confirming the order from PM Consulting s.r.o. the contract is validly concluded.

3. Payment terms

3.1. Prices are without VAT and per participant. VAT will be added to the current amount according to applicable legislation and will be separately calculated on the tax document.

3.2. Participation is possible only after payment of the price before the event, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

3.3. Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer according to the sent document for payment (proforma invoice, invoice).

3.4. The prize includes participation in the event, refreshments during the event and materials received during the event.

3.5. Costs of transport, other food, accommodation and other similar items are not included in the price of the course, unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation policy

4.1. If you will not be able to participate in the event, please unsubscribe in writing (by email).

4.2. In case of cancellation within 20 calendar days before the start of the course, a cancellation fee of 30% of the course price is charged.

4.3. In case of check-out 10 or less calendar days before the course, a cancellation fee of 80% of the course price is charged.

4.4. If you register and do not show up without checking out of the course, the full price will be charged.

4.5. If the course participant is absent, fully or partially, PM Consulting s.r.o. no obligation or duty.

4.6. In all cases of check-out, you can send a substitute for yourself (which please let us know) and in this case no cancellation fee is charged.
5. Changes

5.1. PM Consulting s.r.o. reserves the right to postpone the course for reasons beyond its control (force majeure).

5.2. In the event that the minimum specified number of participants is not registered for the given date, the course will not take place and the registered candidates will be offered a replacement date or a full refund in this case.
