We improve the ability to manage projects and change. Our main principle is to deliver everything with a maximum focus on practical value and usability in the environment of our customers, as efficiently as possible – experientially, gamified, exercises and case studies.

We are unique in combining practical experience and theoretical knowledge from both the predictive style of project management and the agile world.

We rely on an individual approach to our customers, with whom we build long-term relationships based on mutual respect.

We live our field and therefore:

• we bring to the Czech Republic current world trends (pm, agile, management 3.0,…),
• we participate in world conferences (PMI Global Congress, Global SCRUM Gathering,…),
• we publish books and articles on project management (our book Project Management is considered the basic literature and is used as a textbook at most czech universities),
• we create online MOOC courses (on our website and on SEDUO.cz),
• we organize professional conferences (PM Zlín conference, which we have been co-organizing from the beginning, is the oldest (since 2005) and the largest PM conference in the Czech Republic),
• we co-create standards.
