He deals with consulting in the development of project management in organizations, the creation and implementation of practical project management training, simulation games and preparation for international certifications.
He has been involved in project management since 2000. He is the vice-president of the organization representing the IPMA standard in the Czech Republic. He is the co-author of several books on project management, such as “5 Steps to a Successful Project” or “Project Management in Practice”.
He created the first Czech open video training of project management on the SEDUO.CZ portal.
He transferred to the Czech Republic an innovative method for evaluating the impact of projects on stakeholders of SROI (Social Return on Investment).
