What the course will bring you

 

We will prepare you to successfully pass all parts of the exam, both the written part and the simulation workshop. We will help you go through the entire certification process, including processing the application and documentation.

This course is designed to give you the knowledge and skills that are tested on the IPMA certification exam.

Don’t know which IPMA certification level to choose? Jiří Krátký will advise you either
in the video nebo personally.

The course is accredited by the IPMA Czech Republic at the Excellent level, which means that course graduates have a very high success rate in the exam.

Course content

If you successfully complete our course, we guarantee your success in the written part of the IPMA certification!

We guarantee your success in the IPMA certification exam, or for passing the written part of the certification exam (the guarantee does not apply to the simulation workshop and interview for grades A, B and C). In the event that on the last day of our preparatory course you successfully pass our practice certification with a clean slate (you answer more than 65% of the questions correctly), within 30 days from the end of the course you take the written part of the certification exam and fail it, we will pay the fee for retaking the exam for you!

IPMA course

Course program:

  • Day 1: Project initiation: Project, program, portfolio, project life cycle, definition of basic project parameters with the help of logical framework (LRM), business case.
  • Day 2: Planning and managing project execution: Project management plan, scope planning using WBS, time planning using critical path (CPM), Gantt charts, resource planning, cost planning, risk analysis , monitoring and evaluation of the project.
  • Day 3: Project as change: Agile approaches to project management, working with stakeholders, implementing change in the organization.
  • Day 4: Project manager soft skills: Communication, creativity, motivation, team building, conflict and crisis resolution.
  • Day 5: Non-clean certification – written part (case study, open questions – according to the type of certification), simulation workshop – soft skills testing practice, recommendations for taking the exam.

Jan Dolezal

Jan Dolezal

He currently deals primarily with agility in organizations, Management 3.0 and the development of simulation games serving as project management training, including Agile.

He previously held the position of project office manager and managed large international projects (Europe, South America).

He has experience mainly with projects from IT, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. He has been actively involved in project management since 2001. He is certified by PMI PMP, DASSM, IPMA B, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified SCRUM Product Owner and Certified SCRUM Professional - ScrumMaster. Read more details here .

Jiri Kratky

Jiri Kratky

He deals with consulting in the development of project management in organizations, the creation and implementation of practical project management training, simulation games and preparation for international certifications.

He has been involved in project management since 2000. For a total of 6 years he worked in the management of the national association of project managers. He is the co-author of 2 books on project management.

It has PMI PMP, IPMA C certification, is a certified PRINCE2® Practitioner and an accredited PRINCE2® trainer and Certified SCRUM Master (CSM). Read more details here .
